I zoomed the PDF file up to 600x, and this shows that it would only be possible to get round this corner if you flattened yourself against the fence on the footpath! If the corner is to be taken legally in a car you would have to cross the gridline (twice!), The answer to rc6 is therefore 6, but if it is deemed that GL14 is not crossed here, then the answer would be 4.
