Q8 answer of 4 is based on my judgement that route doesn't cros GL14 north of Brynrorin but if it does cross then answer should be 6. |

Q10: Tricky, this one. I have taken the YOO after the gradient arrow in GS0891 to be a junction (even though turning right is a cul de sac and would go nowhere) because, technically speaking, you still have the choice of taking the small white 'triangle' through Bryn hyfryd (or not). If you declare the road to be a NTR then my answer to Q10 would change to 0991. |

Well, I check3ed these pretty carefully, and I can only see one place where there could be a controversy - whether or not the route crosses GL14 at 140957. I zoomed the PDF file up to 600x, and this shows that it would only be possible to get round this corner if you flattened yourself against the fence on the footpath! If the corner is to be taken legally in a car you would have to cross the gridline (twice!), The answer to rc6 is therefore 6, but if it is deemed that GL14 is not crossed here, then the answer would be 4. |

But because of the roads already used and the edge of the map ALL roads after the last plot are NTRs?? This affects the answer to Question 7 as well. |

RC10 - I consider the finish jn is ooy, which counts as a jn by virtue of the white 'loop' in 0890, even though the o is then a dead end. If this is not the correct interpretation, then oow in 0991 is the next junction after sh 209. |

135 | David Bell | X | 10 | 0 | 1 | 37 | 53 | 2 | 4 | 4 | 2 | 1 | 3 | 7 | 4 | 4 | 0991 | This reminds me of one of the main reasons I'm still not too keen on the new format - it's just not the same without a proper map on the table!
Part 1
RC3 - Includes a questionable in GS 0695 (first time through)
RC4 - where does 044 951 plot - I've gone for on the Yellow on a possible YWY junction - does the white go - if it does does it miss SH 187 - I've gone for it does NOT go and included the + in GS 0495
Part 2
Assumptions 078979 plots on the white - 141954 plots on the white - 160955 plots on the YYY junction - 116917 plots on the A483 - 109922 plots on the yellow near the Hospital - there is NO route onto the A483 near Ffridd
RC8 - does NOT include a questionable double crossing at 140958ish |
