Plenty of issues here to contend with:
rc1 & rc2 - The Start point - "Dalmeny Station" - could have been anywhere from the White road West of the red blob to the East side of the Station Bridge. I have assumed the latter, so have not counted this bridge as a RU. If the Start is on the White road, this would add 1 to my answer to rc2. I haven't counted any of the crossings of the broken line which goes basically from GS1476 to GS1272, as I see this as either a Track or a Line under Construction, which is presumably the same as a disused railway. If these were counted they would add a further 2 to my answers to both rc1 and rc2.
rc3 - I initially thought there were 3 WWW's, but on close inspection of the PDF map at 400x zoom, the small White going towards the Tower from GR118767 is NTR, so this is not a junction, leaving only the Junctions at GR122758 and GR120768 as valid answers. I did consider the situation at Almondhill, where GL's 13 and 75 cross, but don't think the loop is complete, even at 400x zoom on the PDF map. If this is deemed to be a complete loop, then my answer to rc 3 would increase by 2 to 4.
rc9 - the route does cross the Union Canal in GS0772, but there is no Bridge symbol, so I have not counted it as a BrO. The Finish point is not defined, so I have taken it as the last plot - ie SH81, which is on the Bridge over the Union Canal in GS0875, which therefore does not count as a BrO for the rc.
