TC3 to SF4 - Selective

SF4 to PC5 to PC6 to RF7 - Regularity Section @ 27 mph

To help you on your way, I have shown below the best moves that could be made using the standard rules only i.e. a maximum Starting Speed of 10mph, Acceleration of 10mph and Deceleration of 10mph and no other Rally Kit cards. This example observes all speed limits, avoids landing on fords and ignores Hazard! cards. Features which restricted speed and comments are shown in brackets after each move.
The lateness penalties received are thus a worse case scenario. Any Rally Kit card will help to reduce penalties. Your problem is to decide which set will minimise the overall penalties.
