I considered the white through the L and H of Llannerch Hallin 0572 'goes', so giving shortest route between plots 4 and 5, joining A525 in GS0472. If you deem this does not 'go', then shortest route would use yellow to the S, giving RC7 as 5 instead of 6.
RC10 - no bridge symbol over on y dis rwy in 0667 so not counted. There is one in 0668 (plot 2 onto y) so this is counted.

235 | Alan Crabtree | M | 9 | 0 | 6 | 15 | 26 | 7 | 5 | 5 | 281 | 0 | 19 | 6 | 0 | 3 | 4 | Well, all I can say is that this was probably one of the most difficult RC's I've ever come across for counting and decision-making. The tiny scale didn't help, but even zooming in to pixel size didn't convince me that there was a white road going through under Llannerch Hall in GS 0572, so I used the yellow to the south of the Golf Course to join the A525. If you see that there is a white through here, it would mean my answer to rc7 would be 7, since there would be one more Y>W. The other difficult decision was on leaving the A525 on the Yellow at GR 060687. At this point the route crosses the dismantled railway, and there is a black mark on the map on the southern side of the Yellow where it joins the Red. Again, I could not justify calling this mark part of a bridge symbol, but if you do, then my answer to rc10 would be 5.
My other enemy on this occasion was my wife, who does not understand why I spend so long staring at maps on my computer monitor, and called me for my evening meal and to help her with a difficult job she was doing when I was right in the middle of checking the route and counting ETL's!!!!

265 | Chris Bean | N | 5 | 0 | 1 | 8 | 36 | 7 | 3 | 5 | 281 | 0 | | | | | | I was not positive of the number of > gradients. I went through a total of 5 > symbols, but between map reference 6 and 7 there were two (which I didn't count because I thought they were a >> which appears to be a different count in Reg. 26). Similarly, there are two > close together between 9 and 10, but which had more space, so I counted those. So given the true definition of >, I could see the answers of:
1 (only count the > before MR 1)
3 (count > before MR 1 and between 9 and 10)
5 (count all > we go through on the route).
Definitely a fun leg!

Only possible issues are I used the white in GS7205, considered a goer and slightly shorter route. Also counted a BrO at 060688.
