RC4) Did the ETL at Gegin cross the route? The word Gegin obscured it, but everyone either agreed no ETL crossing here or made a comment of the uncertainty.

Rc10) Well, I intended the two blue telephones to be counted, but someone pointed out that the regulations state "position determined by the end of the black line" the emphasis being on BLACK. So, answers of 0 or 2 were accepted.
