Guessing as to whether a bridge symbol is there or not is a pain!!! Q6:BrU on B4034 on GL86 counted. BrU on the A509 in GS8640....1 Br used twice - have counted twice. Regs for me not clear..number of different bridges or number of times route goes under a bridge? Footbridge in NW corner of GS8139 has been counted. Q7:BrO NTR has been counted Q8: 1st E (before the K) of MILTON KEYNES not counted as wrong side of dual-carrigeway. Counts, of course, after the K. Likewise S in GS8241 not counted.

RC8 lettres C & S the white space breaks road although letters don't. In my experience to date you include these. RC9 - no evidence of spot for 87 in 8038 RC10 - ETL on either side of roaod at roundabout in 8138, but do not actually cross it

Footbridges included in total. RC7 - No symbol on one near windmill in 8341 so not counted. RC8 - 1st C is in Coll in 8537 - just. S of Sch in 8241 not counted. RC9 - Spot on road is under the 3 of blue 39. RC10 - Didn't include 8138, the ETL symbol does not appear to pass over the road.

235Alan CrabtreeM9024745 4 2 4 n,t,r,e,a 8838 18 14 W,C,K,E,I,L,T,C,S,M,S 87 1 Out of the 2 hours 47 minutes I took to comlete this Routecard, I guess I took about 1 hour 30 minutes counting the damn bridges - I thought churches were bad enough!! Contentious isues - Start - I see no SH39 in GS8932, only SH75, so I started from there! rc1 - my count includes the footbridge at GR877362. rc4 - close inspection of the r of (Mount) Farm proves it just misses the edge of the route, so doesn't count. rc6 - apart from the fact that there were far too many to count accurately, given that time can be a factor, there were a couple of dodgy issues - eg I counted 2 at the viaduct at Stonebridge (GS8214) - 1 for each branch of the water. The map is very jumbled here, and huge zoom doesn't help, but I convinced myself that there is a bridge symbol each side of the water, and the road can be seen between the branches. There is also arguably a bridge symbol in this gap. rc7 - similar comments about the number of bridges to count apply here, with even more dodggy decisions to make. There is possibly a bridge over the cutting between the roundabouts in GS8341, but I could not positively identify a bridge symbol, so did not count it. Also, although the route crosses over the waterway at New Bradwell in GS8341, there is no bridge symbol, so I have not counted it. rc10 - the ETL line does not continue across the roundabout at GR810387, although there is a line each side of the road. I have not therefore counted it at this point.
