The white over the bridge in GS 8396,the road through SH 13 and also the road through danger area in GS's 8393 and 8394. I had this route on the map days ago but just didn't think it was right. After seeing the others complete section decided,rightly as it seems, that this was the only solution so not entirely happy with this one. | 111 | Clive Hodgson | E | 1 | 0 | 0 | 40 | 18 | 21,13,23,31,18 | N | P,W | 3 | 12 | | | | | | I hate tulips! | 113 | Andrew Fish | N | 0 | 0 | 1 | 59 | 53 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | | | | | I give up......... | 115 | Geoff Masterman | E | 3 | 0 | 2 | 18 | 32 | 3139 | N | P | 1 | 18 | | | | | | | 119 | Martin Moore | E | 1 | 3 | 3 | 7 | 26 | 18,31,39,32,27 | N | W | 2 | 8 | | | | | | | 122 | Steve Turnbull | E | 1 | 12 | 21 | 4 | 5 | 23,31,32.27,34 | N | W,N,G,E,R | 2 | 6 | | | | | | | 125 | David Bell | M | 10 | 0 | 2 | 42 | 28 | 31,39 | N | P | 1 | 16 | W,D,R,E,G,N,W,A,A | 5 | N | 3 | 5 | | 126 | Steve Barber | M | 10 | 0 | 9 | 57 | 57 | 31,39 | N | P | 1 | 16 | WDREGNWAA | 5 | N | 3 | 5 | Did we get to see an extra bit of the map down left hand side? Assumed GL83 was the edge of map. Also should part 2 9th instruction be a 3 not 9? Also WWWW in 8797 counted.

I had great difficulty with the easy part of this section until I found it worked perfectly if you pretend that any road crossing GL83 is a NTR - judging by a few comments on the forum I wasn't the only one confused! | 154 | Keith Cram | N | 0 | 0 | 0 | 13 | 27 | Replace with Answer 1 | Replace with Answer 2 | Replace with Answer 3 | Replace with Answer 4 | Replace with Answer 5 | | | | | | | 156 | Robert Owen | M | 4 | 13 | 23 | 54 | 49 | 31,39 | N | P | 1 | 18 | Replace with Answer 6 | Replace with Answer 7 | Replace with Answer 8 | Replace with Answer 9 | Replace with Answer 10 | Well, I managed 4 points so I guess I was roughly on the right track and await with interest the solution. | 159 | Mark Aspinwall | E | 0 | 0 | 20 | 22 | 44 | Replace with Answer 1 | Y | Replace with Answer 3 | 4 | 6 | | | | | | | 163 | Keith King | E | 1 | 4 | 23 | 58 | 49 | Replace with Answer 1 | No | D,N,G,E,R | 3 | 15 | | | | | | | 165 | Mike Burrows | M | 7 | 9 | 9 | 22 | 34 | 31,39 | n | P | 1 | 16 | W,N,G,E,R | 2 | n | 3 | 2 | | 169 | Mike Hopper | E | 0 | 0 | 1 | 20 | 35 | 21,13,23,31,18 | Y | N,G,E | Replace with Answer 4 | Replace with Answer 5 | | | | | | | 171 | Richard Lomax | N | 3 | 8 | 23 | 52 | 28 | 31,39 | Y | P | 1 | 17 | | | | | | | 176 | Neil Edmundson | N | 0 | 0 | 0 | 26 | 1 | Replace with Answer 1 | Replace with Answer 2 | Replace with Answer 3 | Replace with Answer 4 | Replace with Answer 5 | | | | | | | 179 | Brian Ambler | N | 1 | 0 | 1 | 43 | 12 | 0 | Y | P | 0 | 10 | | | | | | | 183 | George Cowling | E | 0 | 7 | 23 | 33 | 32 | Replace with Answer 1 | Replace with Answer 2 | Replace with Answer 3 | Replace with Answer 4 | Replace with Answer 5 | | | | | | | 189 | Peter Davies | E | 1 | 11 | 14 | 39 | 28 | 21,13 | Y | | 2 | 16 | | | | | | Could not fit this after 2nd Xrds (MR 84509605)- but taking 83659435 as 3rd Xrds (unable to avoid it on any resonable route), I fitted 11 3Rd junctions (as routecard) between them. Tenuous but straws were being grasped at. You would have 18 in fact if you took the one that goes through Bodney at the start of the section as it seems to be a goer even though it only brings you back in a circle! | 235 | Alan Crabtree | M | 9 | 0 | 8 | 31 | 53 | 31,39 | N | P | 1 | 16 | D,R,E,G,N,W,A,A | 5 | N | 3 | 4 | I might have maxed on this RC, but I think the route is dead dodgy. The only way I could make the tulips fit, and give me a route at all in part 1 was to make the Danger Area to the west of the map all NTR. However, I don't understand why they should be - there appears to be any number of usable roads from Langford to Bodney, for example, but there is no tulip to indicate the left turn at Bunkershill Plantation. And surely the road is continuous under "Danger" in GS8294! In Part 2, I'm sure that GR92129668 is a cross roads and the route turns left, so the symbol used should therefore be 3, not 9 as you have used. | 236 | Kevin Nugent | N | 0 | 0 | 1 | 4 | 17 | 2 | y | 0 | 2 | 17 | | | | | | | 241 | Pip Secker | E | 2 | 5 | 1 | 53 | 42 | 23,31,39 | n | n | 1 | 13 | | | | | | | 242 | David Killeen | M | 8 | 0 | 2 | 9 | 53 | 23,31,39 | N | P | 1 | 16 | WDREGNWAA | 5 | N | 3 | 4 | | 243 | Julian Challis | N | 1 | 0 | 0 | 37 | 28 | 27,52,18,31,23 | N | R,E,G,N | 2 | 12 | | | | | | Couldn't work out which way to leave the phone box! | 246 | Tim Hare | M | 4 | 2 | 23 | 53 | 3 | 31,39 | Y | P | 1 | 17 | D,A,A | 8 | N | 5 | 1 | | 247 | David Keetley | E | 0 | 9 | 23 | 5 | 13 | 21,13,31 | Y | y,h,i,l | 2 | 25 | | | | | | | 251 | Sasha Heriot | N | 5 | 3 | 20 | 50 | 30 | 31,39 | N | P | 1 | 16 | | | | | | | 259 | Richard Wardle | N | 0 | 0 | 1 | 4 | 47 | 5 | Y | | 3 | 13 | | | | | | COULD NOT WORK IT OUT.
