TIMING
a) Time may only be recovered between MTC11 and MTC12 and between TC22 (IN) and TC22 (OUT)
b) The Timing at all Regularity Controls will be on entering the control and presenting the Time Card to the Marshal [K 15.4]
c) NB. Wherever a control at the end of a section is timed to the second - the time of departure will be considered as being the same as arrival but ignoring the seconds
[There are no "back to back" sections timed to the second].
