Route Card Commentary
|
Part of this map has been used on a previous route card, earlier this year I think.
Part 1
Grid line crossings which became more difficult half way through as the Eastings and Northings were the same.
RC2 - Many missed the colour change in 1511.
Part 2
A list of the points at which you crossed gridlines, but sorted into ascending order to make it more difficult.
The 07-8.25? referred to white at Melin-y-ddol where it was hard to see where the actual crossing was.
This also made it hard to judge if the T in 0907 was within 200m so 5 or 6 were allowed for RC6.
RC7 - Thanks to Philip King for pointing out that the SH245 in 0611 is actually on a nearby hill, so the mark on the road must be a gate.
RC9 - X in 0711 dubious so two answers allowed.
RC10 - Using the white in 1006 could be shorter but very close so 3 or 4 permitted.
