You had to plot the "tulips" implied on the Rally Round board, i.e., from the character along the unbound route, taking note of the direction at the junction. The sequence of the junctions was in ANSI character sequence, so the order required was:

For example, the first few junctions were: ! (L at T), " (R at T), # (Ignore R), $ (L at T),  % (TL), & (L at T).

There was a junction missing between clue 6 and 7, but you seemed to work your way around it. The colon (:) was deliberately missing from the sequence to slow you down - I didn't say that all the codes were there!
