"Chick"
wins Championship
Due to shortage of interest the South Brett Rally has been cancelled. Only "Chick" and Steve Barber were positive about continuing, which would have meant that "Chick" would have won the Championship anyway. My congratulations to "Chick" who will receive a memento for her efforts, but understandably I've withdrawn awards for other overall placings. The "Crow" was hopeful that this new form of TT might catch on since it would exercise a navigator's brain in event timing rather than map work. I'll take consolation that perhaps I am ahead of my time and there will be a flurry of entries for the 2010 Championship!! My thanks to those that entered, the majority of your entry fees have gone to charity. And thanks to the enthusiastic few that took part. "Crow" April 20, 2005 |
