Having finished the first of the 2010 Table Top Rally challenges ahead of schedule (and being temporarily!) at the top of the leader board I thought I'd add to Crow's collection of player profiles. Unlike most of the others I'm not a car enthusiast, in fact quite the opposite.

Many years ago I joined the CSMA (Civil Service Motoring Association) only in order to get their cheap breakdown recovery service. Through this organisation and with the help of work colleagues I discovered table top rallying, I entered my first Nelly National in the early 80's and have been hooked ever since.

I would like to encourage other non-car nuts to have a go, if you enjoy puzzles, cryptic crosswords and logic problems and then you'll enjoy Table Top Rallying. Apart from puzzling (a winter activity) I enjoy golf, walking and gardening.
