NOTE that the usage order of the Hazard! Cards has changed. This may significantly affect your Rally Kit strategy on the West Barsby Rally!

NOTE that the Time Card annotation requirements/penalties invented for the North Skeet Rally (repeated below) also apply to the West Barsby Rally.

"If you make a valid move, but do not annotate as required by the Time Card legend, you will have one minute penalty added per instance (time for a marshal to check your credentials!).
If you make an invalid move, such as exceeding the speed round a bend, but do not record a number of missed turns (equal to excess speed divided by 10), then your answer will be adjusted to include the 0 moves, followed by moves of 10 until the square is reached where you would have finished had the original move been successful."
