Apologies for delaying the detailed results. Much has been happening
in the "Crow" domain recently and now the Cloverleaf
navigational TT is about to start. Full analysis will appear a.s.a.p.

Matters arising.
Navigator Card N6 - Devious. I've changed the wording from "This
Navigator may pass through Black Spots without penalty" to "This
Navigator may pass through a single Black
Spot without penalty". The reason may be obvious. With the original
definition of the card it would have been possible to significantly cut
chunks of route to beat a target time - not the intention.
If you make a valid move, but do not annotate as required by the Time Card
legend, you will have one minute penalty added per instance (time for a
marshal to check your credentials!).
If you make an invalid move, such as exceeding the speed round a bend, but
do not record a number of missed turns (equal to excess speed divided by
10), then your answer will be adjusted to include the 0 moves, followed by
moves of 10 until the square is reached where you would have finished had
the original move been successful.

Since this is a completely new type of event, may I suggest that you
hold back submitting your Time Cards during the first two weeks so that
any regulation queries can be resolved first.

The Rally

playing Rally Round this is an invaluable resource to help you get

The final recce of the route has taken place and we have on offer: a
10.5 mile Special Stage; a 7.5 mile Road Section; a 7 mile Selective and a
8.3 mile Regularity Section at 27 mph.
The Time Card/Answer Form and
completion instructions have been published.

The route for each event will now be defined by
a marked map image, similar to the Example
Rally, so you won't have to worry about plotting from a tulip road
book.
