Plans are in progress for the fourth Internet Table-Top Rally Championship to be run during 2006.
The organisers are seeking cash sponsorship in return for promoting the sponsor's company name, brand or product via the Championship's website. Bids for the sponsorship packages will be auctioned via eBay from January 3, 2006, with opening bids from £10.
All sponsorship money from the auctions will be immediately donated to the UK Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The four round series in 2004/2005 met its two prime objectives:
a) provision of a challenging Internet-based rally navigation competition on OS maps for the 114 competitors that entered, and
b) donation of profits to a UK charity - £912 was passed to Cancer Research.
The Championship also attracted excellent press coverage which included feature articles in Motorsport News, Pacenotes and oldSTAGER.

There are identical objectives for 2006:
Objective a) will be satisfied by four quality events, set by four experienced competitors, with the usual high standard of web-based documentation.
Objective b) will be maximized with help from sponsors. 
Competitors pay an entry fee, which funds the purchase of small prizes for the award winners, the surplus being passed to charity. We aim to increase the donation by attracting more competitors and cash sponsorship. 

We are seeking sponsorship of the individual events:
1) Five Diamonds Rally  2) Breckland Rally  3) Cloverleaf Rally  4) Rally Round Rally
and the two Championships.
5) Masters Championship  6) Experts Championship

Named sponsorship of one of the four Championship events e.g. Navigator Goodies Breckland Rally, would entitle the sponsor to have its clickable banner advert displayed on every web page connected with that event. 


This would regularly promote the sponsor's brand, and provide competitors and visitors with an easy route to buying its products on the Internet.

Named sponsorship of one of the Championships e.g. Rally-Bits Experts Championship would additionally entitle the sponsor to have its advertising banner on every page connected with that Championship.

The winners of the auctions will be decided by cash bids only. Other products from successful sponsors are very welcome and will added to the competitors' prize fund.
